By accessing and using WhichDay.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United States. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to use the financial calculators, decision-making tools, and reminder interfaces on WhichDay.net for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Free Special Day Reminder Service

Our special day reminder tool lets you generate a Google Calendar link or a downloadable calendar (.ics) file for birthdays and anniversaries, entirely within your browser. We do not send text messages, emails, or push notifications — reminders are delivered through the calendar application you choose to sync with, and their timing and delivery are governed by that service, not by WhichDay.net.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WhichDay.net or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, financial losses, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, simulators, or estimates provided on the platform.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to WhichDay.net shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the operator of WhichDay.net is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
